Frequently asked questions

Why does my account login not open the server?

The website account manages commercial services; the installed panel authenticates the Linux user. Open the panel’s own URL and use the authentication methods it supports. Linking an account key does not change the Linux password or grant administrator rights.

Why is a module or action missing?

Check the selected target, your role, module installation and enabled state, dependencies and any subscription requirement. Web, mobile and desktop may expose capabilities differently. Do not infer that an unavailable action is supported just because an old guide names it.

Where do server notifications come from?

The old central website server monitor was removed. The installed panel still has notification and server-alert capabilities when enabled. Check that panel’s alert rules, permissions and delivery preferences separately from account and editorial notifications.

Rotate or revoke a key

The full secret is shown only on creation or rotation. After rotating it, replace it in every installation that uses it. Revocation stops authorization and cancels active module subscriptions associated with that key. Treat a key as a secret: do not include it in screenshots, logs, repositories or support messages.
